Testimonials
"The Odd Fellow Retirement Home is the answer to senior citizens who enjoy being with others. . . . The staff is professional and has a caring and loving attitude. We both know our Mom is being well taken care of and is happy. We couldn't have found a better place for her to live and thrive."
—Valerie Shrives Smith and David Shrives
"My father lived at Odd Fellows for fourteen months. During that time he was treated with respect and caring. . . . What I liked most of all was that the staff was always there with the residents giving them a pat on the back or just a sit down conversation. How wonderful that in our hurried world you give that very important gift of personal attention."
—Sandra Sothern, Robin Anderson, and Gerogeann Godsey
"We want to thank you for all the good things you make possible here at our new home. It's a year next month since we've been here! It was especially great that you made it possible for us to go to 'Oklahoma.' I'd wanted to go to one of the shows and this is special to both of us"
-Bill and Sara Knight
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the quality of care I received while a patient at Friendship. Each person seemed interested in my well being. While everyone was great, there were several who stood out above the rest. They were always optimistic and enthusiastic and offered me support when I needed uplifting. They made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I appreciated the wound care nurses and their hard work in finding the right tools to heal my wound and how they shared in my joy as the wound started healing. I thank everyone for their caring. -Janet Lawler
Dear September,
I want you to know that we really think
you have done a great job in meeting our needs since the work started in
the kitchen and dining room. Your staff have been wonderful. The cooks,
servers, and many others have worked so hard to see that we have
everything we need and given us a good variety of good food.
I’ve always said this is the best place to live and
you’ve all proven this with your care and love.
Thanks and bless you all.
Love
Sally Carlson
Ms. September Young,
A
short time back it became necessary for me to spend a few days at your
facility for rehabilitation purposes. I would like to compliment you and
the people of your facility on the quality of care I received while I
was there. The building and all areas were very clean, neat and orderly.
The doctors, nurses and aides were so attentive and helpful that there
was nothing left to want. While being in the condition I was in is
certainly not desirable, if it were necessary, I cannot think of a
better place to be than the one you are operating.
Yours truly,
Carl Benson
