Kenilworth Park Plaza

Kenilworth Park Plaza is a seventy-seven unit apartment complex that is HUD subsidized for low-income seniors. Kenilworth Park Plaza is located in the center of the Holgate Center campus in Southeast Portland. Our convenient location within walking distance of many services and amenities makes Kenilworth an ideal spot to live.

Kenilworth Park Plaza offers studio and one-bedroom apartments, each with it's own kitchen and private bathroom. There is a beautiful courtyard in the center of the building for the enjoyment and use of residents. Kenilworth also includes a recreation room, where tenant meetings and social gatherings are held. Laundry and garbage rooms are conveniently located throughout the building. Pets are welcome, in accordance with our pet policies and guidelines. Our staff consists of qualified and well-trained professionals, dedicated to serving seniors.

Kenilworth is an income-based project, where security deposits and monthly rents are determined in accordance with HUD policies, procedures and eligibility. Please inquire with our manager for more details.
