I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the quality of care I received while a patient at Friendship.. Each person seemed interested in my well being. While everyone was great, there were several who stood out above the rest.. They were always optimistic and enthusiastic and offered me support when I needed uplifting.. They made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. A short time back it became necessary for me to spend a few days at your facility for rehabilitation purposes. I would like to compliment you and the people of your facility on the quality of care I received while I was there. The building and all areas were very clean, neat and orderly. The doctors, nurses and aides were so attentive and helpful that there was nothing left to want. While being in the condition I was in is certainly not desirable, if it were necessary, I cannot think of a better place to be than the one you are operating.
