Tracey has a background that includes 23 years in management and accounts receivable. She has worked in a variety of industries, including senior living, food services, and healthcare. Tracey has been at the Holgate Center since 2011 and oversees patient billing and the functions of our Administration office. She enjoys meeting and talking with residents and family members. Fun Fact: Tracey used to be the lead singer in an 80’s rock band.

Eric began his diverse culinary career in Alaska over 20 years ago. In addition to expert cooking skills, he has been a kitchen and food service manager which includes a 4 year tenure as the Director of Catering services at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. Eric has been at the Holgate Campus for over 8 years and when not behind a stove, can be found rock hounding, golfing, or camping with his family. Fun Fact: Eric enjoys making artistic wood carvings out of weathered wood he finds while exploring.

Kim came to the Holgate Center in 2010. She worked for over 10 years in banking before she discovered her passion for long term care. Kim loves her job and considers it a privilege to come to work every day and enrich the lives of the people she serves. She earned her B.S. in Health Care Administration from Concordia University. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, wine tasting, and enjoying the great food Portland has to offer. Fun Fact: Kim is an avid runner and annually participates in Hood to Coast as well as several other local races.

Vladimir earned his Associates Degree in 2010 in Computer Information Science from Everest College with Honor Roll and perfect attendance, despite while working full time at the Holgate Center and with our second child on the way. He admires his family and enjoys spending time with friends. Some of his interests are snowboarding, rollerblading, as well as hiking in the forest, mountains, and camping in woods. He has been volunteering for 4 years at Source of Wisdom Educational Teen Program, working with teenagers. His favorite vacation place is at home with his family! Fun Fact: Before getting into the healthcare industry, Vladimir owned a construction company and has built over 100 homes in the Oregon and Washington area.
